About Lia
Hi! I’m Lia, an enthusiastic and friendly tutor with a strong passion for helping students understand and succeed in IGCSE & O-Level Additional Mathematics. I’ve been teaching for 2 years, and I previously worked in an IGCSE school back in my hometown, where I supported students of different levels — from those struggling with basics to those aiming for A/A*. Teaching Add Maths became something I genuinely enjoy because I love seeing students go from “I don’t get this” to “This is actually easy!” I’m currently an international university student in Sunway University, and tutoring allows me to continue doing what I love: explaining math in a way that actually makes sense building confidence in students helping them reach their full potential I believe every student can do well in Add Maths with the right guidance and the right explanation. My goal is to make challenging topics simple, enjoyable, and less stressful. Outside of teaching, I’m patient, easy to talk to, and always ready to help. Whether you’re aiming to catch up, improve your grade, or secure an A/A*, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
