About Arijit
I graduated as a textile engineer from IIT Delhi in 2018, since then I have been working as product and operations manager for a couple of P2P startups and have been pursuing my M7 B-School dream, during which I gave the GMAT three times. (700 , 710, 760) My journey as a quant tutor began in 2019 when I helped a friend raise 40 points (670to710) in just 2 months of casual doubt sessions over Whatsapp. Soon I realized that my three serious GMAT attempts, three year IITJEE preparation, rigorous application of maths during BTech at IITD, and the GMAT coaching experience I took at Top One Percentile (institute), have helped me develop a deeper expertise on the approach of the exam, especially the quant section. My friend worked at KPMG and helped me gain a few interested MBA aspirants. Since then, I started approaching this field professionally and have helped 9 people bag the coveted 720+ score (trust me, one of them started from 550 on Mock 1, so I am very patient).
Recently from Feb to April 2021, I helped two close friends of mine achieve 320 on the GRE, henceforth I decided to expand my training on the GRE, testing method of which is congruent to that of the GMAT . In fact, I found that the level of complexity was relatively lower in quant section in GRE than the one in GMAT. Whether you compare the quant syllabus, the depth of conceptual testing, the structure or the time-allotted per question, you will find that both the exams test similar basic quantitative qualities. (*Food for Thought* Why would GMAT or GRE test different quant levels when both exams are testing general level post graduate mathematics through the quant section? The reason for top universities asking for these scores is to check if you can survive basic maths used during their program)
Finally, I understand the leap of faith one takes in trusting a teacher. Its not only about attaining financial freedom for me, I have genuine passion to help enthusiastic aspirants in the quant section and have been teaching constantly since school. I am 25 (in 2021) and still think of myself as a student of the process who can resonate easily with all the learners. A passionate basketball player, a bass guitarist and a student of psychology, lateral thinking, entrepreneurship, anthropology and technological innovation, I am yet another Jordan fan aspired to ignite like minded people to evolve together.

TEMET NOSCE - Know Thyself
I base my teaching method on communion of ideas and self actualization. Every learner has a different conditioning and its the job of the teacher to understand which way fits the best for him/her. Especially in a subject like Quant, where everyone has a different level of understanding for all concepts.
Every learner resonates and absorbs concepts in a unique way, and relates to what they had learnt in school. I completely understand that. My first step is to know the learner's current level of understanding and his/her grasp on a few basic topics. Accordingly I take conceptual sessions for each of the 10 topics tested within quant- algebra, geometry, number system, ratios, statistics, permutation combination, co-ordinate geometry, word problems, inequalities and data interpretation (order as chosen by the learner). I discuss two to three advanced level questions and five to six mid level questions or even more after every concept until the learner has grasped the fundamentals and techniques to solve that type. Once you have developed a core preparation with your strengths and weaknesses, I will advise you to give your first mock. I will help you solve the official guides and provide some extensive material from Manhattan Prep and from the coaching institute I studied in. Only when you have achieved your target score on an official mock, we will switch to AWA and IR Prep, which are relatively easier to prepare if you have done your job well in Verbal and Quant.
I am devoted to strive and enhance the learner's scores in the mocks and assure to discuss every official question, help analyze their mock tests - (the 3 category of questions approach I learnt during my JEE prep with Vidya Mandir Classes Pitampura) and also provide exam day strategies. Moreover, since I have given the GMAT three times and the IITJEE two times, I have had thrilling experiences of both enchanting success and hopeless failure in the testing area. I assure to be a friend as well as a mentor in your test prep journey.

Special discounts for people with references. Limited period offer since I am applying for my own MBA in 2022. I have kept this price owing to my level of expertise, the market rates (please check the average GMAT tutor fee on google), the amount of money my parents have invested in me, and the general value of my time. Suggestion - If you find the offer lucrative but expensive you can find upto 2 interested candidates and pool the package fee or hourly price. I am open to group sessions of 3 students.
