About Adam
Hello! My name is Adam and I'm an undergraduate studying at Imperial College London.
Despite my love for all things Maths and Chemistry, I too struggled with these subjects at school. I know the feeling of finding them confusing and stressful all too well. It wasn't until I met some great teachers, that I understood the importance of how a subject was taught, and could grow a love for the material, achieving top grades in GCSEs and A-levels.
If any of what I've just said resonates with you- I recommend you give me a try. I want to be for you exactly what those teachers were for me, and I believe I'm in a position to do so. Having been a student not too many years ago, I can better understand and connect with the people I'm helping- and this is evident in the several students I've had the pleasure of supporting, and success stories I've played a part in creating in my years of experience as a tutor. I guarantee, if you put in the work outside of lesson the same way I will inside the lesson, not only will you achieve a grade that you'll be proud of, but you can learn to love these subjects just as I do- that is if you don't already!

I teach maths, further maths, and Chemistry for all levels up to (and including) A-level or equivalent.
In my 50-60 minute lessons, I break down challenging and daunting concepts into digestible bite-sized pieces so that the student isn't overwhelmed. The sessions are as interactive and engaging as possible, as this helps maintain focus and allows for practice, promoting learning and understanding. My methods are based on my struggles as a student, and what I've seen works first-hand, not only in personal experiences at school and sixth form, but in my several years of tutoring for various ages, across various exam boards. I'm proud to say that these methods have helped countless students flourish, and this is exactly what I want for you! I look forward to seeing you in the classroom.
