I am Indian student studying in Sydney for almost 2 years. Have been practicing yoga for 17 years(since when I was 5 years old) and teaching for 2 years. I have learnt the art of teaching others from a reputed yoga university SVYASA in India.

I teach- Ashtanga Yoga, Power yoga, Chair yoga for people who cannot stand-up for too long(equally effective), Cyclic-meditation, regular-meditation. Help them connect to themselves. I don't push people too much, help them open the stiff joints first making the learning process faster and easier. Help them to be more calm and focused.
