About Me – Soul-Centered Coaching with Presence and Depth Rooted in my own lifelong inner journey, I hold space with deep compassion and clarity. I offer a safe, grounded, and soulful environment where you can meet yourself fully—beyond roles, beyond expectations, beyond survival. With the flexibility and playfulness of a Gemini, and the depth and resilience of a Scorpio, I guide people through emotional healing, self-discovery, and transformation. As a father of three grown children, my path has been shaped not only by trainings and teachings, but by real life. Parenting taught me to stay present in the face of vulnerability, to listen with my whole being, and to support others with patience and love. I’ve spent weeks in complete darkness, and over the past five years, I’ve guided others through this profound practice—offering presence, safety, and integration. In the silence of darkness, we meet what has long been hidden. We reclaim lost parts of the soul. We remember our original light. Through my method combining Darkness Retreats with Soul Technology, a sacred container is created where deep healing, inner clarity, and transformative insight arise—naturally. ⸻ How I Hold Space My retreats and coaching sessions are not pre-scripted. I attended a dark retreat, and group retreat with Alexandre. He was instrumental in supporting the positive experiences of all my retreats.
My experiences in the dark Retreat were amplified by Alexandre's guidance in the dark during two visits. Specifically inner child work and past life regressions were critical for my journey. His guidance was very empowering and he teaches an approach that can be followed on one's own as well.
The small group Soul Compass retreat was a nice balance of experiential work and sharing of Alexandre's Soul compass template. I have done a lot of inner work and transformation over the years and found this to be extremely healing and integrating. The work we did on masculine, feminine energies with our parents fitting into each was very healing and provided new perspectives.
Alexandre's approach goes very deep in a safe, respectful and non-triggering way. He does not create more trauma when we touch old childhood trauma.
I also enjoyed the morning practices that he hosted including Yin Yoga, chanting, and meditation journeys throughout my entire stay.
The space in Germany is very comfortable and I felt very cared for during my time.View more recommendations
