About Thansal

Hi, I’m Thansal, an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and the proud Founder of HABFIT Training. With over a decade of experience and a passion for helping people lead healthier, stronger, and more confident lives, I’ve successfully guided hundreds of clients through remarkable physical and lifestyle transformations.

I hold a Diploma in Personal Training (EREPS Level 4 Certification), and I’m a Certified Transformation Coach through MHB Academy. I’ve also earned my certification in Advanced Diet Planning from Fabulous Academy California, and I’m an Internationally Accredited Expert in Nutrition and Dietetics.

I know sticking with a workout and diet plan without adequate knowledge is crucial. That’s why everyone needs a personal trainer. As a fitness trainer, my goal is not only to help my clients achieve their desired fitness levels but also to educate them on safe and effective methods to reach their goals.

I believe fitness is a lifestyle, and it requires a step-by-step process. That’s why I offer personalized workout and diet plans tailored to each client's specific needs and capabilities. To support this, I provide my Personal Training and Nutrition eBook to help my clients understand the program better.

Without self-knowledge about how to transform your body and lifestyle, it’s meaningless — like taking a tablet without knowing why.

My Program Includes:

1. Weekly progress tracking (measurements, weight, steps)
2. Calorie and macro tracking for better nutritional awareness
3 .Daily check-ins and follow-ups for accountability
4. Monthly workout volume adjustments to prevent plateaus
5. A workout log & training sheet to track performance and progress
6. Training load tracking and structured planning

I specialize in auto-regulating client programs with tools like deload weeks, diet breaks, and refeed strategies based on your body's feedback. I also teach you how to eat smart while traveling, so your lifestyle changes are truly sustainable.

Additionally, I’ve created a supportive WhatsApp community group where clients can ask questions, learn, and stay motivated.

My coaching is available both online and offline, with flexible training options via WhatsApp Video Call, Zoom, or Google Meet.

$ you can freeze your sessions for a maximum of 1 week in a month only if you are sick or have other medical conditions.

  • 1. Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    Fitness has always been more than just physical movement for me-it's a way to transform lives. My journey began over 7 years ago when I started working out to improve my own health. As I learned more about exercise science, nutrition, and how the body responds to training, I realized I wanted to help others experience the same transformation. That passion grew into a profession. Today, I specialize in weight loss, natural muscle gain, lifestyle disease management, and pre- and postnatal fitness. Helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits is what drives me every day.
  • 2. What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My motivation comes from seeing people struggle with their health-whether it's weight issues, post-pregnancy recovery, or chronic lifestyle diseases like PCOS, thyroid disorders, or diabetes. Many people feel lost or frustrated with one-size-fits-all solutions. I wanted to be the coach who listens, understands, and provides personalized guidance. Teaching fitness gives me the opportunity to educate and empower others to take charge of their health in a safe, effective, and sustainable way. The joy in a client's voice when they say, "I feel like myself again," is what keeps me going.
  • 3. How does your work help society?

    My work directly contributes to healthier individuals and, by extension, healthier families and communities. When someone improves their physical health, it positively impacts their mental well-being, productivity, and relationships. I also work with clients managing PCOS, thyroid imbalances, diabetes, and postpartum recovery-areas often overlooked or misunderstood. By offering structured fitness programs and nutritional guidance, I'm helping people prevent or manage these conditions naturally, reducing their reliance on medications and improving their overall quality of life.
  • 4. If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My role model is Dr. Andy Galpin, a renowned human performance scientist. He blends evidence-based research with real-world training in a way that's practical and accessible. His emphasis on individualization, movement efficiency, and longevity aligns closely with my own values as a fitness coach. He reminds me that fitness isn't just about aesthetics-it's about performance, health, and living a fuller life.
  • 5. Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of fitness coaching, I enjoy reading about human physiology and nutrition science-yes, I'm a bit of a nerd! I also love hiking and being in nature, which helps me recharge. Cooking is another passion of mine-I often experiment with healthy recipes that I can recommend to my clients. Lastly, I value time spent with family and close friends, which helps me stay grounded and balanced.
  • 6. Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    Absolutely! One of my postpartum clients came to me with severe abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and very low confidence. She had tried multiple group fitness programs but never saw results and often felt worse. We started with gentle core activations and breathing techniques. Over 3 months, we slowly built her strength, closed the gap significantly, and she regained her core stability. But more than that, she started smiling again during sessions. She told me, "You didn't just help my body, you helped my spirit." Moments like that remind me why I chose this path.
