I have started yoga when was suffering from PCOD and continuing this beautiful art since then. I can assure you a smile as you finish the yoga class with the clamness your body and mind attains.

This yoga class gives you a sooting relaxation after a hard day work, you can feel your own body and mind relaxing into a peacer state. The yoga asanas help you to reduce various health issues such as PCOD, Thyroid, belly fat...Helps you to increase concerntration, peace of mind, clarity.The class is structured into three parts of warmups, asanas, relaxation. I am a certified yoga teacher and a constant learner about new things. This can be good start for people who what start something new and looking for a change. The classes are intended for 12 to 50 yr old.
