About Geeta
I have 12 years of experience in teaching Commerce and Management subjects to UG Level students at a college in Bangalore. I have held the position of HOD for a total of 6 years in the college for B.Com as well as BBA departments. I have evolved various innovative teaching strategies such as peer learning, case studies and so on to engage the students in a creative and interesting manner. My aim is to convey the subject in a simple and meaningful way so that even the weakest student understands what is being taught.

My offline lectures are carried out by using the chalk-board method as well as by using PPT's. I break down complex topics into small, easily digestible capsules so that students are not overburdened with the bombardment of a lot of information. Students are encouraged to undertake field study for further enhancement of knowledge and to enjoy the learning process. Also included in the teaching are relevant youtube videos for a holistic comprehension of the topic. The online lectures involve teaching via various technological platforms which enable the students to access audio files, lecture videos, ppt's, quizzes for self-evaluation, hand-holding and so on
