About Liam
I took up fitness because I used to be obese. I’ve dealt with everything from the bullying to the anxiety and lack of confidence. When I found the gym and what it could do for me, I was empowered to become the person I always wanted to be. It became an outlet, something spiritual for me and helped me develop not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. My goal is to share this experience with others.
