About Meltem Naz
I am a certified ScrumMaster (CSM), experienced workshop facilitator, ethnographer, interviewer, event coordinator, and narrator with multicultural understanding. I am trained in cultural anthropology, evolutionary biology, and clinical psychology with masters in gender and ethnicity. In addition, I am a published journalist, relentless traveler, and an avid explorer of stories. I would love to meet you if you already have a basic level of English and you want to build up your written and conversational skills. I have been teaching English mostly to help applicants of master's programs to obtain excellent TOEFL results. I sit down with my students to figure out where they come from and where they want to go. Because I have managed to get 5% results in the critical reading section of the SAT (a standardized test used for college admissions in the United States), I know what it takes to be a non-native speaker but at the end perform even better than most of them. All it takes is hard work and enjoying the process of language learning.
