About TYLER
I am a jazz musician with experience teaching guitar, trumpet, and have played both guitar and/or trumpet in funk/rock/jam/pop/soul/ska bands, and jazz combos. I have been writing music for over 10 years and have experience writing with guitar and piano, working with Ableton and MIDI as well.

I approach each student's curriculum differently and tailor the material to what the interests of the student are. Fundamentals will always be addressed and incorporated to give the student a strong foundation for creative and imaginative thinking. The universe of music is extremely expansive with a million different outlets, and I will be here to help the student find the one they identify with most, and explore the interconnectivity of them all.

Details
Life is hectic, and cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. Sickness, death in the family, etc are completely tolerable cancellations. I'm extremely open and easy to communicate with, just communicate with me and we can figure something out!
