About Laura
Hello! I’m Laura, a dedicated Montreal-based singer/songwriter born in Bogotá, Colombia. With years of formal training and performance experience, I hold a DEC in Music Performance from Vanier College, specializing in jazz voice. I’m currently furthering my education in Concordia University’s Jazz Studies program, with a focus on expanding my musical knowledge and pursuing a specialization in Music Therapy. As a teacher, I believe in creating a supportive, open space where every student feels valued and understood. My goal is to help you find your voice, build confidence, and reach your fullest musical potential. Whether you're starting from scratch or seeking to refine your skills, I will guide you every step of the way, helping you build the confidence to express yourself fully through music.
