I am very aware and tuned with body anatomy and promote health & wellness to sedentary lifestyle and strength training to everyone. I custom plan exercises with a background in physical therapy, I assess clients for injuries and pain, ensuring safe and effective workouts. I blend strength training with yoga to promote holistic well-being, focusing on both physical strength and mental balance.
I will give you monthly exercises and do video checks for form.
Prices are for monthly class pack with 7 exercise / week with focus on detailed 4 day exercises and 3 day floating exercises of your choice with cardio, dancing or yoga or anything you like
