About Sarah
I am a researcher and master of nutrition and food sciences. I'm also a longtime athlete who's passionate about all things food, movement and finding joy within those passions. I hope to share and inspire such passions in others, mainly through teaching and creating rich dialogue around challenging the social norms we're taught about food and movement.

About the lesson

This course will be broken down into 3 sections:
-The Fundamentals of Nutrition: what are macronutrients? Why do we need them? Are some better than others?
-Diet culture and intuitive eating: how we got here. Why do we have a certain relationship to food? Who teaches us about these things?
-Recipe creation: topping off the course with creating a toolkit, so you can be equipped to never have to sacrifice taste and health, in the interest of time.
