We all have pains and frustrations, and we all need a little help to get us over the hurdles life throws at us, but we are all different that’s why all the people I work with be it in a class or 1-1 are all treated as individuals everyone of us with our own problems. Perfect! Sensei Keron is an excellent trainer, he is extremely detailed and disciplined in the way that he trains you. I am on my second session and I have already learned so much already and will continue to book more sessions as I am enjoying and improving after every session. Absolute quality.
