About Georgina
Now I have finished university I want to keep my love for the Spanish language going by sharing it with others and helping them to achieve the grades they are truly capable of! I plan to go travelling through Central America next year, so want to raise funds for this trip and share what I learn about this region with my students.

I like to take a fun approach to learning, having not long finished university, I know how it feels to be a student! I have been a peer tutor while at school and done GCSE Spanish tutoring but I am relatively new to this, so I am flexible and happy to cater my teaching approach to each individual and discover what works best for them.
I suggest lessons to be at least an hour long in order to fit in enough practice or what we learn in each session and to get thorough feedback and support on their language. I will cover culturally significant content alongside grammar, vocabulary, exam-specific skills such as speaking exam methods and translation skills specific to your exam boards.
Having completed GCSE (9) and A-level (A*) Spanish in the last 6 years, I am very familiar with the AQA syllabuses but am able to teach other exam boards. I have completed 6 levels at my university, completing the highest levels on offer and scoring 84% in the highest level. I also studied abroad in Madrid and have travelled extensively in Spain, so can provide knowledge and understanding of culture, history, and Spanish geography.
