About KundaliniYoga
I teach since 2010, I started in central London Alchemy, then I traveled a lot, and after living in a Yoga center, Amrit Nam Sarovar in the Alps, I now moved me to Rennes. I lecture for the association Indigo Yoga, the Dojo Rennais and Yoga Shala.

My name is Siri Avtar (Antoine Bréant) and I received the Kundalini Yoga teacher diploma in 2011. The course starts with a warm-up continues with physical practice and kriya, then a relaxation and meditation for closing the session. I use both Kundalini Yoga for energy work, the APOR Gasquet method to help students in their postures, and I am also trained in Indian singing to develop this aspect of practice. It is a comprehensive and entertaining session to regain your energy and relieve stress.
