About Bethan
I am currently completing the PhD at the University of Cambridge. In 2016-2017, I completed the LLM at the University of Cambridge (1st Class), in 2016 I completed the BPTC (Outstanding), in 2014 I completed the GDL (Distinction), and in 2011 I completed the BSc in Philosophy and Politics at the University of Bristol (1st Class).
My specialism is teaching the BPTC and I offer tuition on the following modules:
• civil litigation
• criminal litigation
• opinion writing
• drafting
• professional ethics
• RODOC
• civil advocacy
• examination in chief
• cross examination
• JR
• International Commercial Practice
I am also able to tutor International Human Rights, International Commercial Litigation, the Law of Armes Conflict and Jurisprudence to Masters Level as well as all foundational subjects on the GDL.
I also offer help with CVs and applications, as well as mooting.

Bethan's knowledge across all of the BPTC subjects is outstanding. Not only that but her flexible teaching style and friendly personable manner makes even those parts of the syllabus you dread, manageable. Whether you are aiming to pass or to gain an outstanding, there is no doubt in my mind that she is an exceptional tutor. Personally, she was by far, a better tutor than most of my 'official' teachers on my BPTC.
She is also excellent at assisting with exam preparation and knows exactly what is required; for both written and oral examinations.I have known Bethan for over 6 years and consider her a close friend. During this time, she has not only been a trustworthy and loyal friend, but has also taught me a lot about English language and culture, having moved to England from Germany. She has always tried to see things from my perspective, and adapt her thinking and behaviour accordingly. I have no doubt that she is an excellent tutor.
