I've worked with Hanife previously where she had tutored Y6-Y10 students and also mentored students in her own department at the University of Sheffield. While I was working with her, I've seen her students give her exemplary feedback who were extremely happy with the methods she used to teach. I have witnessed it first hand (and learned from her) where she implemented creative methods for her students to learn complex concepts quickly and used memory techniques for them to remember it for a longer time. She thoroughly researched the things she needed to teach the students and was extremely understanding and patient while teaching some difficult students. She worked well under pressure and handled difficult situations well and found creative solutions for it (being extremely considerate while teaching neurotypical students). She also mentored students in her Law Department for which she had received an award for always being their for her mentees and giving them valuable information and going out of her way to help them.
All in all, Hanife has proved to be a very responsible, hard-working and trustworthy person to work with.
