About Ludivine
I graduated from a Master 2 degree in Intellectual Property and New Technology as well as a master degree in Management from the Grenoble Business School. I am currently a lawyer in an international company and I am doing a specialized thesis in trademark law. Throughout my university path, I did several law tutoring (at law school and business school). These experiences were very rewarding and I learned to adapt to the students, as well as to their background.

My classes are based on the needs of students. The first session will aim to understand the needs and methods that best suit the student. Then, based on this assessment, we will discuss the methodology of the various legal exercises requested as well as the legal research. I noticed many times that the gaps often came from the research and not from the student's thinking. Then we will talk about the substance and possible misunderstandings. As a student, I like research but I am a very practical person. I share many tips on legal work as well as my experience in my various professional experiences. I also like to guide the student if he wishes in the construction of his professional project.
