About Catherine
My name is Catherine, born and raised in the Philippines. I am Daycare Provider here in Canada since 2016. I also completed my 120 hour TESOL Certificate and 120 hour TEFL Certificate (for ESL Online Tutor).
Teaching is my passion that's why I became a nanny afterwards I put up my own daycare. I also volunteer to be a dance teacher in our church since 2012. I speak English and Tagalog and 2 Philippine dialects (Ilokano and Pangasinense) I also speak and understand a little Cantonese.

I believed that the best way to learn other languages is through conversation. I let my students pick a topic that interests them. I provide materials that they can use at home as well and use real-life situations and examples that are informative and useful for my students.
