About Gayatri
I’m a passionate cook with almost 15 years of experience cooking traditional Indian food from across the different regions of India, and 5 years of experience teaching others.
I love sharing the techniques, flavours and traditions behind Indian home cooking, helping people discover that authentic Indian food can be simple, approachable, quick to prepare, and enjoyable.
My lessons are friendly, patient and tailored to your goals, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to build confidence in the kitchen.
Outside of cooking, I enjoy reading, writing, crochet and spending time with my dog. I love exploring creativity, culture and connection through food and everyday life.
