About Silvia
About my background, I'm bachelors in Social Communications (Marketing) and Performance Theatre.
I started to teach Portuguese because it’s the way I found to meet new people and be in contact with my native culture and language.
If you want to learn Brazilian Portuguese and the culture of South America would be a pleasure to be your teacher.

I have more than three years of experience teaching Portuguese to foreigners.
Our classes will be 100% practical and are customized according to the student's objective.
My class always include a wide range of social and cultural aspects so that, at every level, classes can provide the student the skills to handle everyday situations.
Students acquire the linguistic means of communication to move around easily in Brazil and discuss subjects from the very basic to the most advanced with a correct level of Portuguese.
I also consider each student’s background knowledge to drive my classes.
Speaking, listening, comprehension practice, and Brazilian music complement the more formal parts of the lesson.
