Perfect! In the simplest terms, Priyanka is the egg in the cake mix. I had put the effort in and understood the basics. Consider the flour and sugar, however, I did not know to combine all these concepts. Priyanka's greatest skill is her high emotional intelligence. Through a supportive and collaborative environment my confidence, knowledge and skill set have increased 10 fold. Combine this with her technical skills and she creates the perfect storm, or in my case the perfect cake!
