About Emilio
Emilio Rios-Jimenez- From Ponce, Puerto Rico, Emilio Ríos-Jiménez is a Music and Bilingual certified teacher in the state of Texas. Currently he teaches bilingual students at Dallas ISD. In his lessons, Emilio incorporates musical elements to support the literacy development and language acquisition processes. He has conducted research at Texas Woman’s University to investigate how music can help to develop literacy skills on emergent bilinguals.
