About Aziz
With years of experience in the kitchen, including my time as a chef in a restaurant, I bring both expertise and a passion for cooking to every lesson. I’ve been cooking since I was 10, teaching myself along the way, and I’ve gained a deep understanding of techniques, flavours, and presentation. This hands-on experience allows me to offer practical, real-world insights that go beyond just following a recipe. I pride myself on being patient, approachable, and committed to creating a positive learning experience. I understand that everyone learns at their own pace, which is why I adapt each lesson to suit your individual needs. Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to take your skills to the next level, I will provide clear instructions, useful tips, and support throughout our sessions. You can trust that my lessons will be professional, reliable, and enjoyable. From the age of 10, I've been experimenting with ingredients, developing my skills, and honing my techniques. I believe cooking should be fun, creative, and accessible, which is why I tailor each lesson to meet your specific needs, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to master more advanced dishes. I use a step-by-step approach to guide you through recipes, focusing on technique, timing, and presentation. My lessons are hands-on, ensuring that you gain the confidence to cook independently. I encourage experimentation and aim to make each lesson both informative and enjoyable, with plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions and receive personalised tips. Lessons typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, but this can vary depending on the complexity of the dish and your preferences. I work with students of all ages and skill levels—whether you're just starting to learn the basics, or you want to perfect your culinary creations. My experience as a chef in a restaurant means I can teach you everything from simple comfort foods to more sophisticated, restaurant-style meals. Whether you're looking to impress friends and family or simply improve your cooking skills, my lessons will help you build a solid foundation and expand your culinary knowledge in a relaxed and supportive environment
