Some people want to enhance their culinary expertise, or even qualify their employees for some purpose (diets, more refined family dinners and the like). After the interview with the client I put together a lesson plan that meets your goals and the desired time for it. Classes are also held in the comfort of your home, but I pass some "practice exercises" so that the student performs to perform throughout the week to refine his technique and I follow up everything and taking your doubts online.
