About Sakshi
Hi, I’m Sakshi! I’m a movement instructor with a background in dance, aerial, mobility and strength training. Over the years, movement has become much more than a form of exercise for me — it has helped me understand my body, build confidence and find a way to express myself.
I teach because I want to make that experience accessible to others. My classes are not about being the most flexible, fit or experienced person in the room. I focus on helping you understand your body, learn at your own pace and build skills through consistent, enjoyable practice.
Whether you’re starting from scratch, looking to improve your movement skills, or simply want to find a form of exercise you genuinely enjoy, I’d love to help you move with more confidence and curiosity.

Classes are designed to make movement accessible, structured, and enjoyable from wherever you are. Whether you’re completely new to movement or looking to build consistency, the sessions are adapted to your pace and level.
The method focuses on learning through understanding rather than simply following along. Each movement is broken down into manageable steps, with attention to technique, body awareness, coordination, mobility, and strength. You’ll understand how and why you’re moving, not just memorise a sequence.
Classes are interactive and instructor-led, with regular corrections, demonstrations, and modifications so you can work safely and confidently in your own space. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s to help you become more comfortable, capable, and expressive in your body.
No prior experience is required. All you need is some space to move and a willingness to explore.
