About Christian David
As a literary translator (English - Spanish), copywriter and copyeditor, I have been in many academies. About those, currently at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. However, I have also studied language management at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. I was a literature teacher and today I teach workshops about creative writing and narrative techniques. In addition, I have watched HarvardX courses on world literature (fully done in English), and I have been a language teacher of English, my strength; however, I am also investigating Italian, and at the moment I am doing an independent study to become a polyglot (Latin, Greek, Italian, English and Spanish). If I must talk about publications, in 2020 I was published by the POE publishing house, and in the same year, RCN called a national storytelling contest, where I came out as a representative of the Tolima region.

For me, theory is NOT everything, actually the practice is the main source of learning. I am pragmatic, who seeks to introduce the student into situations (it can be from ordering food in English to playing with roles and getting fully into a speech). So my methodology in the first instance takes a tour to the grammatical bases of the language, and then put it into practice with games, this makes the class interesting, playful and didactic. As well as relating the student to REAL foreign content, from the words that are not taught in the formal academy, to the actual conversations and expressions, at least, used in the United States and Canada.

Perfect! Christian es un excelente profesor, gracias a él dejé la pena de hablar en inglés y me siento mucho más segura de mis frases. Tiene ideas muy creativas para que las clases sean entretenidas y no ladrilludas. Tuve mucha suerte de encontrarlo. :)
