What I teach is Fitness through kickboxing as well as developing Strength and Hypertrophy all backed by science. This in turn makes it fun and result oriented!

I used to take lessons from this guy back when I was interested in kickboxing. I believe he's one of the most amazing dudes you'll ever come across. His method of coaching is bound to bring out the best in you and he'll always have your back, especially when you are low. Given his young age, he's way more enthusiastic than most of the coaches in town and he was not just a teacher but a friend.
Having participated in numerous tournaments, he has gained some valuable experiences. Clearly,he gets my highest recommendation.His a down to earth guy who always puts others first he knows his stuff and a champion
