About Ayushi
I am a Learning Experience Designer currently working to curate learning experiences for high performing growth and marketing individuals. Previously, I have designed courses on personal development and communication and trained teachers to deliver these courses. I have professional experience in teaching, creating courses, evaluating learning levels of a student and adopting flexible teaching practices as per a student's learning behaviour.
As a journalist turned educator, my journey in the field of educated began with the prestigious Teach For India Fellowship where I tutored, mentored and coached over 60 + underprivileged students for a period of two years. In my time with these students the average aptitude level of the class increased from 1.5 to 2.5-3.0.
Being an educator at heart, I enjoy teaching and shifting student mindset from learning is boring to learning is the most fun it has ever been!

I use experiential methods of teaching to enable students to apply the subject knowledge in the real world. I am committed to empowering students to take charge of their own learning journey. In my classes, you won't find a dull moment. I begin each session by setting measurable goals, ensuring that every student knows what they are working towards. At the end of each session, I assess their progress, celebrating their achievements and identifying areas for further growth.
My teaching method of using Case-Study, Roleplays, Discussions is inspired by the leading colleges like Harvard and Stanford.
I welcome Primary and Middle class students to join my classes to experience transformative learning.
