About Victoria
I have 6.5 years of experience teaching guitar and ukulele. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and a Master of Science in Education from New York University.
I have been praised for my patience, encouragement, and ability to make learning fun and engaging, helping students become confident performers. I received a String Instrument Teaching Medal for my beginner-friendly and effective teaching approach.
I am a friendly teacher who creates a supportive environment and fosters motivation. Outside teaching, I enjoy acoustic music, rhythm exploration, and experimenting with new playing styles.

Guitar and ukulele lessons are for students of all ages. I start with chord shapes, finger placement, and strumming patterns, then progress to rhythm, song playing, and style development. Students who want to sing while playing are guided in coordination and performance skills.
Students can send me songs or material before the lesson, and I will prepare the session accordingly, ensuring the lesson is fully tailored. I also provide comprehensive guidance on practice problems, homework, assignments, and exam preparation, helping students make steady, confident progress.
