About Marco
Graziani Homemade came to life with the aim of helping people who were becoming more curious about traditional homemade pizza.
‘I wish to create a Pizza Connoisseur Culture in Brisbane and in all Australia, connecting the Italian gastronomic culture in a more conscious and effective way. It is my vision to have more organised pizza events, courses and future collaborations with the community, as well as local and international companies’.

I do Pizza Napoletana Class, Italian Pan Pizza class and Homemade Bread, which are a unique experience. One that will add a fun-filled educational experience in the art of making Pizza.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS CLASS
Pizza Basic Theory – Fermentation, flour types, the importance of yeast and its relationship with temperature
Making Dough – I will work with you and teach you the skills and tricks to achieve a delicious pizza that is easy to digest
Dough Forming – form the perfect shape just like the experts
Pizza Stretching – using the typical Neapolitan “Slap Technique” just like the true Napolitana pizza professionals.
Pizza Seasoning – I will show how to make the classic and famous Margherita Pizza, learning to appreciate his simplicity.
The importance of cooking – I will explain to you how to best use your oven, wood domestic or woodfire oven, so you can obtain Pizza Magnifico!
Let’s Eat … Time to sample your freshly made hot and delicious Pizza.
