About Stephen
I started karate when I was 15 and went on to wing chun then kickboxing. Iv competed at world class level in matt sports with I have tons of medals and trophies. I studied tai chi for grandmaster Chen xiwang. And studied Wing chun for a good 5 years I have got tones of knowledge in the arts and excellent fitness routines

If its kick boxing boxing there will be 20 min of fitness then combos and basics. I am quite relaxed when teaching but expect the student to try there hardest. With Tai chi chi gung I will teach a set of silk reeling and 3 chi gung positions. With relaxation music in back ground.

Stephen is more than a trustworthy tutor, I know this because he has been teaching me private lessons for nealry a year now. He has a down to earth approach to his lessons but he is passionate when it comes to all aspects of matrial arts.
