About Palesa
My name is Palesa Lizzy Machaba, and I am an Accounting enthusiast currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting degree. I haven’t always found Accounting easy, which is why I understand the challenges many students face. During my upgrading year, I pushed myself to grow by helping my peers who were struggling—not only with Accounting, but also with Mathematics and Physical Science.
After completing my upgrading year, I began tutoring Grade 12 learners in these subjects. My passion for tutoring developed from a genuine desire to support and uplift students who find these subjects difficult to understand. I always remind my students that it’s okay not to understand something at first—what truly matters is having the determination and willingness to improve and succeed.

My lessons are specifically aimed at Grade 12 Accounting students preparing for their final exams. I help learners understand core concepts, improve accuracy, and develop strong exam techniques. Whether a student needs help catching up, strengthening their understanding, or aiming for high distinctions, I tailor lessons to meet their individual goals and align with the Grade 12 curriculum and exam standards.
Overall, my aim is not just to help students succeed academically, but to help them develop confidence, independence, and a solid understanding of Accounting.
