About Antonino
i am a professional mma fighter. i started very young kick boxing at the age of 7 and then specialized in muay thai. I started the study of bjj and grappling to specialize in mma fights which in my opinion are the sport that comes closest to a real fight.

Perfect! Un grande allenatore. Ti motiva e ti accompagna a superare i tuoi limiti. Gran conoscenza di tecniche di combattimento. Una persona professionale e che ti spiega e riprova le mosse centovolte. Ė una persona che ha la preparazione e la conoscenza per fare lezioni di combattimento e autodifesa. Sopratutto realistico perché ti insegna come tu, in base alle tue capacità e stato di allenamento ( anche basso) possa avere risorse per difenderti in modo concreto e realistico. Niente sensazionalismo inutile ma ciò che serve veramente. Inoltre ti aiuta a potenziare fiato e resistenza.Top!!!
