About the lesson

I teach traditional Hata Yoga, Vinyasa, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. The class will mainly focus on breath awareness, breath work, Asana boosting both physical and mental well-being.
The class is taught thoughtfully and planned carefully with the goal of having students feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The class will cater to the individual need of the student by creating an environment, where student feel supported and encouraged

Neva in my life i had done any kind of exercise or yoga. Soumya was best in her teachings, very importantly she has lot of patience until we get the pose right and motivates that anyone can do yoga.
Due to my workload am unable to continue my classes but down the line if wanna continue it will be with Soumya.
