My Ultimate goal is to motivate as many people I can. Not only to reach their fitness goals, but to find a good balanced lifestyle that will bring full joy once achieved. Mental health comes hand in hand with moving your body and connecting with your thoughts and actions. Im a Bilingual Latina. I also struggled at one point with weight loss.
