I’ve had the pleasure of having Ms. Jelen as a supervisor and I can honestly say, I learned a vast majority of my teaching styles through her. She is a wonderful teacher who finds the needs of her students and is able to differentiate a lesson to match their learning needs whether it be for auditory, visual, or special learning needs. She worked with ESL students very closely and was able to modify work that they were given in order to help them better understand the task at hand. Now whether the student is a beginner or at a moderate level of English learning, Ms. Jelen will do all that is possible to get them to a satisfactory level in no time!

Nique always goes above and beyond for her students. Her problem solving skills are phenomenal. As an educator Nique using connection and community to help strengthen the bonds between students.
