About Shashwat
I completed my A-levels in 2026, achieving more than 90% in every Economics paper, earning an A*. I started with a B in my Year 12 mocks, and I know exactly what it takes to improve all the way to an A*.
My main inspiration for teaching is to try and help students who are currently struggling with Economics unlock their true potential and maximise their grades. I also want to stay familiar with Economics whilst being on my gap year studying for many financial certificates.

My lessons are mainly for A-level Economics students, but I am also able to teach GCSE Economics students.
My lessons are typically 1 hour, but I am open to longer or shorter lessons, based on my students' learning needs, which I acknowledge can vary between students.
I am open to different teaching methods, whether this may be through marking past paper questions and essays or running through economic concepts to further develop understanding.
I have educational experience in teaching Maths to primary school students and Year 9-10 students. I also founded my college's very own Economics Society, where I used to teach students key economic concepts from Year 10-12.
