About Oli
I became a Personal Trainer after years of training and working towards my fitness goals, both personal and relating to sports I was involved in. During that journey, I realised there are challenges that will be unique to you, for which generic online training plans will not account. There is a lot of misleading and even contradictory information out there, which ends up slowing down your progress and causing constant "paralysis by analysis". There are lots of persuasive opinions online being passed off as fact. Often, the more I researched, the more confused I would get! One of my main goals as a coach is to help you cut through the myths and confusion around health and nutrition, allowing you to minimise the amount of your valuable time spent figuring out what to do and how, sticking to what gives you the results you're looking for in the most efficient way possible. I offer at-home Personal Training sessions around Oxfordshire, UK - both 1-to-1 and for couples/groups of friends - as well as online coaching which follows the same principles as the in-person sessions, allowing for sessions to be completed on your own, when it suits you.

By starting 1-to-1 home visits with Better Days Fitness, you will have access to: - A personalised training programme, structured to fit in with your schedule, mobility, current fitness level and preferred forms of physical activity, all while helping you reach your goals - Nutritional education and advice, helping you to better understand how to get the most out of your food, focusing on small, sustainable changes rather than restrictive diets - Improve your confidence, knowledge and relationship with exercise and nutrition - Improve mobility and recovery from injuries, while preventing new ones from occurring - Claim your time back by not having to travel to/from the gym, not having to wait in line to use machines and not having to spend your valuable time researching or creating your own workouts. Sessions will last 1 hour and include a warmup, cooldown and coaching through the planned workouts, with guidance on safe and effective technique, while also discussing your challenges during the week and strategies to help you in overcoming these challenges to allow for sustainable changes that last a lifetime.

Oli is a tutor with very relatable advice. I have had a few personal trainers and Oli by far is the best and someone I will stick with. He teaches not only good habits for nutrition and muscle building, but methods to keep you going at the gym rather than burning out. He is so friendly and listens to what you need which is something very rare! He is always open to pushing you more or less and truly making your PT experience tailored to you.
I've been working with Oli for the past 2 years, and the progress I have seen both physically and mentally in myself during my fitness journey is unmatched to anything I had tried before - Oli is fantastic and would highly recommend!
