About Kashaf
Graduated as a law student (2:1) 2018 and did the Trinity CertTESOL course straight after. It was very intense because it was all done in 4.5 weeks. I taught multilingual adult beginner and intermediate classes averaging 8-12 and have also taught 1:1.
Before university, I worked in sales full time from 18 onwards, including managing for a year before being made redundant.
While managing, I developed the taste of passing on experience and expertise to my staff who were from a mixture of backgrounds, whether they just left school, dropped out of college or not having gone at all. I loved every minute of coaching them side by side and watching them flourish which I relived during my TESOL training. I am keen to achieve this with my students.

I like to encourage students to be engaged in the classes and I facilitate their learning. This is so they can love learning and also carry on learning outside the classroom straight after class. Then we talk about what they learned and have great conversation whilst getting better at English.
I like to base my classes and trust and respect. I trust and respect my students which is why I like them expressing themselves. This way I learn about them as people too.
I personally invest in my students because I believe everyone can achieve something valuable whether they believe it or not. This is why they respond well because I believe in them even if they don't.
