About Milan
I grew up in an insanely sporty family and ever since I could walk I did sports. When I was a little girl my dad would throw tennis balls at me in the cot, to teach me eye and ball coordination and yes, I know that sounds a bit rough, but believe me it definitely came in handy as I got older. I started playing hockey in grade 7 and I absolutely fell in love with the sport and it became my passion, but as I got older things got very competitive and I started seeing any sort of sport as the enemy, but as I worked through all of that mental blockage I started loving it again. Thus is why I coach hockey with some mental toughness lessons too.

In our lesson we train basics and learn what is expected from us. I have been through a lot of trials and train with a club and I always get insight in what other coaches expect from possible players. In every lesson we reflect on what we learnt, any mistakes we made, how the training made us feel and what we felt we could've done better. Along the way I also teach the player mental toughness and mental tools to help us play our best. It is important to enjoy the game and not see it as the enemy. Training with me is insanely fun, I play music, make sure you are ready for games (I could even come along and prepare you mentally before your game) and I make it my mission to get to know you as a person.
