About Amy Linda

I've been teaching for 12 years in a variety of settings (US public school, South Korean public and private schools, Mexican private school, and Moroccan international school). My students have ranged in age from Kindergarten to grade 9 and have learned English and and Spanish in my classes. I also sharpened my language teaching skills over 2 years, teaching English as a New Language via a 1-on-1 online instruction model. I can't wait to help your child on their language journey!

About the lesson

I teach young learners using images and accessible, immersive language that elicits use of the new language as early as possible.

I also incorporate literacy activities (reading, writing) into lessons so that students are equipped not only to speak and listen but also read and write their new language.

Licensed teacher with 7 years' experience as a classroom teacher to learners of Spanish. I also have 2 years of experience in online one-on-one language teaching.
