Elaine has been practicing with me since 2008. She went through an intense teacher training under my direction, passed all of her course work as required and graduated with her 200 hour training certificate. Having a certificate does not make one a teacher. A teacher understands that it is never completed with yoga. Elaine has continued to grow in her practice pushing herself outside the box to learn more and become a more proficient and intuitive teacher. She shows a true love for teaching others as she continues on her own yoga journey.

Elaine first introduced me to yoga when I was a teenager. Going to class with her gave me the confidence to continue. It has been a few years now and the lessons I learned from her still help me today. While most of our conversations are over the phone now; she still helps me with breathing techniques and meditation. I strongly recommend Elaine as a Hatha teacher because she is helpful, patient, and kind.

Elaine is an amazing person and an excellent yoga instructor. She has such an upbeat, positive outlook, and brings a spark of good cheer to every encounter. An intuitive instructor, she is always sensitive to her students' needs. She sets a tone that is encouraging and supportive, yet she offers opportunities to challenge limits and experience growth.

Elaine is great! She has a calm energy, but is also extremely fun to work with. I’ve done a few tarot readings with her and they were super on point. She helps me navigate through my stress and challenges and I always feel renewed after a session with her!
