About Rose
I have been a coach for 10 years and was introduced to coaching when I was looking for changes and solutions to my lack of confidence. Life looked as if it would not change, although deep down in me I felt there was a change to come but had no idea how to make them happen. This was how life coaching found me.
Life coaching was the contributory factor for me realising I could use my challenges of unworthiness, not feeling good enough, and struggling to find my place in this world, to be of inspiration and support to other, like You, who are facing the same or similar life challenges that I had, for this reason I created Be Some Boddie.

Be Some Boddie provides one-to-one transformational coaching sessions in the format of face-to-face meetings, via the internet using Zoom or Skype and over the telephone. Our one-to-one coaching sessions are flexible and are adaptable according to your needs.
We also provide online group coaching programs, individual half day Accelerate sessions and workshops.

Cancellation Policy
a) Should you for any reason wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this can be done by providing 2 business days or more notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments must be rescheduled within 14 business days of original cancellation, outside of this time the fee is non-refundable.
b) Cancellations with less than 2 business days notice are non-refundable.
c) No shows are non-refundable.
