About Lauren
I want to teach and help people how to make the most of their lives and manage or overcome any obstacles. I have training and experience in mental health and stress management, substance abuse/autism, ADHD and eating disorders. I offer friendly, relatable and non-judgemental sessions, everything is confidential. My aim is to help you achieve the life you want and motivate you towards achieving your goals, bringing you a more positive mindset and a sense of peace.

I have over eight years' experience, providing positive guidance, advice and support, helping you to put plans into action and achieve control over your life. I have worked with many clients helping them to manage stress and make positive changes and grasp a more positive mindset. I have a passion for helping people, everything is confidential and I treat my clients with the utmost respect, I have helped many people change and transform their lives/mindsets and even take control and change and recognise unhealthy behaviours/lifestyle factors
