About Jack
I am a criminology and sociology final student at university of Sussex, who has overcome many challenges and barriers to still even be alive today, learning many positive coping strategies to really enjoy and get the most out of my life and remind myself daily why I am here and feel that is what qualifies me to teach you from a more personal point of view.

I base my classes on the students I am teaching and how they want to be taught and get them involved from the start on what works best for them. Working on positive thoughts, meditation, how to combat stress, anxiety and depressive thoughts and break things down and identifying what can be causing negative thoughts and think of counteractive positive methods of thinking.
