I like using different types of teaching method,depending on the subject and topic.For example when I teach about careers, I like individualisation method.I like to start by explaining key words/ difficult words for learners to understand the content. When it comes to careers I advise learners to choose a career according to their interest, ability, personality, talent etc.I explain for each individual and allow them to group themselves according to career path they want to follow. I then attend to each group to explain what they don't understand etc.
