About Abiola
I am a simple person with a complex mind. A Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Lagos. I decided to be a lifestyle coach when i found out that i have the ability to just make people better. In my spare time i cook, play volleyball, podcast and listen to EDMs but most times i am making the other person feel better. I love to laugh and that's just one of my magic!

My teaching method is upfront and personal. I use practical lessons and sessions to help my students get better.
I also take my classes outdoor to help balance my lessons with your environment.
I work at your pace and quicken with each lesson. Assignments/projects are handed out at the end of every class/session.
